I started this site to document my adventures and experiences. I also wanted to create a place where people could get advice on how to travel even if they are of a more vertical or stout nature. I am a 7ft tall 350lb stout man who loves to travel and desires to see the world. I don't fit in with the "compact" or "travel size" crowd and yet adventuring is still a big part of my life.
Adventuring feeds my soul and seeing the beauty and wonders of creation brings warmth to my aging bones. No one is here forever and yet I want to experience as much as I can while I am here.
Most travel blogs and gear review sites focus on things meant for the "compact" and "normal" traveler. They don't cater to the non average sized individual. They market things as being light weight, small, or one size fits most. While that is all well and good it doesn't really work for me or fit my needs nor does it for a lot of other people.
This site is in the early stages of development so things may shift around a bit. I intend to add reviews of various things, write a bit, and share some of my adventures. So stay tuned for more.
